Providing end user training, incremental upgrades and technical support when needed, TechSpa has helped the St James Cathedral provide flawless speech reproduction for many years. By utilizing precise microphone and speaker placement, consistent time alignment along multiple converging paths and automatic mixing between multiple sources, intelligibility in a highly reverberant space is achieved with no stress.

When the First Unitarian Church of Orlando needed a web site to support hundreds of members, visitors and events with thousands of articles they called TechSpa. We built a scalable site that allows members to login and use resources to submit articles, events and pictures. Editors are notified and can approve or edit submitted articles quickly and easily all from a web portal specially designed for their use. Using these and many more features, the First Unitarian Church of Orlando was able to expand past a single webmaster to a group of web editors (committee chairs) all able to publish articles simultaneously without stepping on each other's toes.

In 2010, almost four years after a massive fire, Highland Park Conservative Temple-Congregation Anshe Emeth dedicated the refurbished facility. After the August 2006 fire, the congregation began its $4.5 million Livnot (“To Build”) campaign, which has allowed it to include long dreamed-about improvements, including an expanded sanctuary and legendary TechSpa 'ease of use' programming for the audio system which controls all aspects of the audio throughout the facility.
